Welcome to The Top Shelf. By accessing or purchasing from our store at thetopshelf24.co.za, you agree to be bound by the following terms. Please read them carefully.

  1. General These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site, including browsers, customers, and merchants. The Top Shelf reserves the right to update or change these terms at any time. Continued use of the site following any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

  2. Products & Availability We reserve the right to limit the sale of products to any person or geographic region. Product descriptions, images, and pricing are subject to change without notice. We have made every effort to display product colours and images accurately, however we cannot guarantee that your screen's display will be completely accurate.

  3. Pricing & Payment All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase. We accept payment via the methods displayed at checkout.

  4. Orders We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including where products are mispriced or where we suspect fraudulent activity. If your order is cancelled after payment, you will receive a full refund.

  5. Shipping Orders are shipped within South Africa. Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. The Top Shelf is not responsible for delays caused by couriers or circumstances beyond our control. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for full details.

  6. Returns & Refunds We have a 14-day return policy — you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition as received, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required. To start a return, contact us at Thetopshelf24@gmail.com. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted. If your return is accepted, we will provide a return shipping label and further instructions. Once received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for full details.

  7. Intellectual Property All content on this site — including text, images, logos, and graphics — is the property of The Top Shelf and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without our prior written consent.

  8. Prohibited Use You may not use our site or products for any unlawful purpose, to solicit others to perform unlawful acts, or in any way that could harm, disable, or impair the site or interfere with other users' enjoyment of the site.

  9. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Top Shelf shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or website.

  10. Governing Law These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, including the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 and the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act 25 of 2002.
